If you would like to proceed with your booking a minimum 3% non-refundable retainer fee is required, unless otherwise advised, along with signed contract in order to confirm the booking for your event. Once the retainer fee is received and signed is received your contract is binding and you have agreed to the full terms of our contract.
Customers may pay with cash, money order or check (made to the order of Standing Ovation Designs & Events LLC), or Credit/Debit Card. (There is a 3% service charge if you use credit cards for )
We believe that every event is unique and we don’t like to restrict Styling into the realm of ‘packages’ as no two events are the same. In saying that we are more than happy to provide you with a ‘package’ to suit your individual requirements as we like to offer a professional and easy approach to styling. Just ask us!
Delivery fees as well as installation and dismantle fees all vary and are dependent on the following:
As you can see there are a lot of factors that will determine what your fees will be. We will try our best to ensure that all fees for delivery installation, dismantle collection etc are affordable.
We are unable to offer a discount as we consider our pricing to be competitive and fairly priced.
Your final balance is due 14 days prior to your event unless otherwise stated. Should your event fall within the 14 days full pre-payment will be required at time of booking.
Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for your event and your supplies are ordered. In the event that a confirmed contact/order should be cancelled, we require formal written notice advising of the cancellation.
The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings:
* If a party is canceled due to COVID-19, the client can reschedule for a later date using the same items that were previously ordered. New date must be available for booking.

We use only the highest quality products and techniques to build your décor and we will take steps to minimize the effects of the elements on your outdoor balloon purchases. However, despite our best efforts, due to the general nature of balloons, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY OUTDOOR DECOR will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. Most outdoor decor is still subject to popping, “frosting” or fogging/oxidation of the colors, and/or movement from the wind. Rain or mist will cause balloons to stick together, resulting in a huge amount of popping. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage since we have no control over wind, rain, sun, temperature, or any other facet of weather.
